Brian Ross is a graduate of the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting. He earned his Chartered Accountant designation in 1985 with a national firm in Edmonton and has been practicing in Bonnyville and Cold Lake for the past 20 years.

In recent years, a greater portion of Brian's practice has involved business advisory services to clients directly or indirectly involved in the oil and gas service sector, particularly with respect to merger, acquisition and divestiture transactions. Brian has been active in the CA student education process over the years, is a past member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Alberta's practice review and professional development committees and was awarded the honor of Fellow of the Chartered Accountants of Alberta (FCA) in 2007.

Greg Sylvestre holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from The University of Calgary and the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow. He earned his Chartered Accountant and Certified Financial Planner designations in 1999 with a national
CA firm in Calgary. He is a past facilitator of the ICAA's Corporate Controllership Program and a graduate of the CICA's In-Depth Tax Program.

In addition to his years of public practice experience, Greg brings forth a range of industry experience, including four years as CFO of a resort development company. He has negotiated debt and equity financing for several ventures, and has led acquisition and divestiture transactions.
