Principal and President

In 2020, Mike became the principal and president of Matrix Corporate Finance, taking over the company from prior ownership. Mike initially joined Matrix in 2014 as vice-president, leading and assisting on numerous deals across various sectors. Prior to joining Matrix Corporate Finance, Mike was the CFO of a midsize crane and trucking operation in Bonnyville. During his time at Matrix, Mike has negotiated dozens of financing engagements and has been deeply involved in buy-side and sell-side transactions. In his spare time, Mike believes in giving back and is the vice-chair of Kidsport Bonnyville, an organization that funds sport registration fees for many underprivileged children.
